Your conversations stay yours.
What Sayvia does with your messages, meetings and payments, in plain words. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Where your data livesSayvia's app runs on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Uploaded files and the daily backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage.
Encrypted on the wayEverything between your device and Sayvia travels over HTTPS (TLS). Stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting providers. Chats aren't end-to-end encrypted, because Sayvia has to read a message to translate it.
No training on your chatsSayvia doesn't use your messages, meetings or files to train AI models. Translation runs on Google's Gemini paid service, whose terms don't let Google use that content to improve its products. If Gemini is down, a text translation may go to a backup AI service on the same kind of paid terms.
MeetingsLive translation listens while you speak and doesn't keep the audio. A meeting is only recorded when the host chooses to record it, and everyone sees that it's being recorded.
PaymentsCard and bank payments go through Paystack or Bachs. Sayvia never sees or stores your full card number.
BackupsThe database is backed up every day and backups are kept for 30 days, so a mistake or an outage doesn't lose your work.
Your account, your choiceTurn on two-step sign-in, sign out other devices, and delete your account from Settings at any time. Business workspaces can export their data and set how long messages are kept.
SafetySayvia looks out for scams and fake accounts, a phone number is needed to sign up, and you can block or report anyone.
Found a problem?
If you think an account was hacked or you’ve found a security issue, report it here or email info@sayviaai.com. We look at every report.
