Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sayvia for using sayviaai.com and the Sayvia app ("Sayvia"). By creating an account or using Sayvia, you agree to them. If you use Sayvia for an organisation, you agree for that organisation too.

1. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, report it straight away at sayviaai.com/report. Children under 13 may use Sayvia only with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for them.

2. Using Sayvia

Please don't use Sayvia to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal at sayviaai.com/appeal.

3. Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give Sayvia permission to store, process, translate, transcribe and display it only as needed to provide Sayvia to you and the people you share it with. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you share.

4. AI results

Translations, transcripts, summaries, study guides, quizzes and Assistant answers are made by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them for anything important, such as medical, legal, financial or exam decisions. Sayvia's mock exams and study guides are practice material and are not official exam papers.

5. Plans and payments

Some features need a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Paystack. When auto-renew is on, your plan renews at the end of each period using the card you paid with. You can turn auto-renew off at any time in Plans & billing, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials end automatically unless you choose a paid plan. Except where the law requires it, payments are not refundable. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance.

6. Connected apps

If you connect another service (such as Google, Slack or Notion), your use of that service is covered by its own terms. Sayvia acts in it only when you ask, and you can disconnect it at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sayvia running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in Sayvia or by email. By continuing to use Sayvia after that, you accept the new terms.

8. Ending

You can stop using Sayvia and delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

9. Liability

Sayvia is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sayvia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on AI results. Sayvia's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless the law of the country where you live says otherwise.
